- Products in stock, including "adoptable" Sock Dollies (those already made), are shipped out within two business days, via USPS. However, we currently don't integrate USPS with our shopping cat system, so tracking is not available except for status as "shipped" or "processing". Please allow up to 10 days for delivery, slighly more before major holidays.
- Privacy & Security We do not, and will not, share any of your private information with any third party, and the only records maintained are within this online shopping system. This includes subscriptions to our newsletter and account information. You can unsubscribe to our newsletter at any time, and change / update your account information using the login you created. Currently, no credit card information is stored or even processed on our system, as PayPal handles the transaction and we cannot see or access such information.
- Returns & Replacements You may return any product for any reason. However, the customer is responsible for shipping back to us, and a restocking fee will apply, except in the case of damage in transit or error in meeting custom requests or in manufacturing workmanship.
- Ordering We currently only accept orders in our online system from the continental US. For other areas, please contact us and we will advise how to purcahse, with additional shipping calculated after the order is placed, and then billed separately through PayPal. Otherwise all ordering must be done online, except "Memory Socks", which require contacting us to quote a price and manufacturing schedule based on degree of customization.
- Payment, Pricing & Promotions Pricing is subject to change without notice, and we will honor specials between dates as specified by specific promotions. All prices are in US Dollars, which are adjusted by PayPal into local currencies during checkout.
- Updating Account Information The customer is responsible for the accuracy of their account information at all times, and such information can be updated by the customer at any time, even without placing an order. When ordering a long time since last logging in, be sure your information is updated if it has changed.
